Testimonials

” We’ve been working with Intentional Health and Wellness for over two years now, and it’s been a game changer for our school community. As a parent coordinator, I was looking for a company that could support not just the students, but the staff and parents as well—and that’s exactly what we found. Working with Intentional Health and Wellness has been straightforward and impactful. They make it easy to bring wellness to our school community. I’d recommend them to any school looking for effective health and wellness programs.”

At PS 225, we wanted to strengthen our school community and model wellness for families, which is why we partnered with Intentional Health and Wellness. Their team was professional, easy to work with, and helped us implement yoga and breathwork classes for both staff and parents, along with staff wellness and recovery days featuring chair massage during the 2024–2025 school year. These programs gave parents a meaningful way to connect with the school, reduce stress, and strengthen communication and emotional bonds with their children, while also giving staff the opportunity to recharge. The result was not only happier and healthier families, but also more refreshed educators, leading to a better learning environment, stronger communities, and classrooms filled with more joy and focus. We wholeheartedly recommend Intentional Health and Wellness to any school looking to improve both body and mind.
