Registered Yoga Teacher
Meet Tatiana Gisell Carrasco, our vibrant Yoga Instructor who has been sharing her love for yoga and stretch classes since 2020. Tatiana’s journey began in Argentina, where she also taught English and discovered her passion for working with families.
Tatiana is dedicated to bringing movement and mindfulness into the lives of students and their families. She believes that mindful movement on the mat can translate to mindful living, helping everyone stay present and aware in their daily lives.
With specializations in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Meditation, Tatiana brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes. She’s also a stretch therapist and is currently studying to become a Gestalt Therapist, further enhancing her ability to support students.
When she’s not teaching, you can find Tatiana rollerblading, hiking, skiing, biking, running, or enjoying the beach. Being in nature and practicing yoga outdoors are among her favorite activities.
Tatiana’s favorite reminder is: “The answers you are looking for are always right where you are. Close your eyes!” This mantra perfectly captures her belief in the power of mindfulness and inner wisdom.

She has taught Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Acroyoga. Sandra’s approach is rooted in playfulness and a deep presence with her clients, ensuring they receive the support they need in their practice. Registered Yoga Teacher
Kimberly Lebron has been a dedicated yoga instructor since 2016. Her journey began after graduating from Yoga Teacher Training, leading her to teach yoga in gyms, studios, nursing homes, senior centers, public schools, and with clients of all ages. In 2024, she proudly led her first 200-hour yoga teacher training as an Asana instructor.
Inspired by the Intentional Health and Wellness mission as we bring health & wellness programs to NYC public schools, Kimberly brings her expertise in yoga and meditation to the team. She completed a Meditation Teacher Training in 2020, further enhancing her holistic approach.
Outside of work, Kimberly loves traveling, reading, and immersing herself in nature.
Her favorite quote is “Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.”
Mental Performance Coach
Brandon Eisenhart is a big part in facilitating the parent workshops, at Intentional Health and Wellness. With a background as a former college soccer player and coach, Brandon brings a wealth of experience in performance psychology. After earning his master’s degree in Performance Psychology from the University of Edinburgh in 2018, he has worked with college athletes, coaches, parents, and military personnel, helping them develop the psychological skills needed to overcome mental and emotional challenges.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Brandon joined Intentional Health and Wellness to support the vision of equipping parents and students in NYC with vital social and emotional skills. When he’s not coaching, you can find him immersed in a good book, strumming his guitar, exploring new places, or cheering on the New York Rangers.

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Dr. Mike, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Intentional Health and Wellness, brings a unique perspective to health and wellness, shaped by his own personal experience and a deep commitment to impacting our youth and educators to create a brighter tomorrow.
During his freshman year of high school, he was a dedicated baseball player with aspirations of reaching new heights in the sport. However, an unexpected vertebra fracture to his back sidelined him for over a year, marking one of the most challenging periods of his life. The intense pain and immobility he experienced forced him to confront the consequences of overexertion and inadequate foundational movement practices, ultimately shifting his focus and career trajectory.
This life-altering experience became a turning point, inspiring Mike to pursue a path in becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Driven by a newfound passion for understanding movement and injury prevention, he dedicated himself to learning how to help others avoid similar pitfalls and achieve optimal health.
Today, Dr. Mike channels his expertise and personal insights into his role at Intentional Health and Wellness, where he and his team work with our educators and youth on how to move their bodies optimally to improve their energy and mobility. In his free time, Mike enjoys cooking it up in the kitchen, diving into a good book, and spending quality moments with his family.
His personal journey and commitment to holistic well-being continue to inspire his work, driving him to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those he serves, especially the future generations to come.
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Elaina is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for understanding human behavior and helping communities thrive. With a background in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, she began her career supporting children with developmental disabilities, gaining valuable insight into the power of personalized, behavior-based strategies
She later expanded her focus to organizational wellness, using behavior science to strengthen team culture, performance, and overall well-being. Over time, Elaina recognized a critical gap in how wellness was addressed within school systems. She saw the need for a more integrated, supportive approach to health that considered the needs of students, educators, and families alike.
This led to the creation of Intentional Health and Wellness—an organization dedicated to equipping schools with tools, services, and strategies that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Elaina now leads a multidisciplinary team focused on building healthier, more connected school communities through research-informed, practical solutions.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in science. Outside of work, Elaina enjoys time with her family, spending time in nature, and relaxing at her favorite local coffee shop—embracing the balance she works to bring to others.
